Palea Cebu: Lapu Lapu City, Philippines; The Philippine Airlines Employees' Association (PALEA) is the accredited labor union inside flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL). It is composed of 3,700 PAL employees, mainly from the ground crew. PALEA is affiliated with militant party Partido ng Manggagawa (Labor Party, or PM). The union is headed by Gerry Rivera, who is also the vice-president of PM. PALEA Cebu is headed by PALEA Board Members Eutiquio Bulambot and Nick Labrado.
